CONSULTATIONS AND RESEARCHES ON LAW ISSUES

1. ANTITRUST LAW (FEDERAL):
Title 15, U.S. Code, Secs. 1-7 & 12-27, et seq, (Effective paper writing, docs. preparation & arrangement related to Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Robinson-Pattman Act and Hobbs Act; all highly technical and complex issues will be dealt with by specialist counsel/super-lawyer).

2. ADMINISTRATIVE LAW (FEDERAL & STATE):
Most U.S. Titles/Codes and State/s Code/s (Effective complaints and responses to Federal Administrative Agencies, and other special writing/s; highly complex and technical issues will be dealt with by specialist counsel; all injury cases will have priority with super-lawyer professional/s firm, including Civil Rights cases – 42 USC 1983 – and State/s related cases).

3. AGENCY & PRIVATE CONTRACTS (FEDERAL & STATE):
Most Federal and State/s Jurisdictions (Effective paper writing, document/s preparation and arrangement; all core negotiations and proceedings will be dealt with by super-lawyer/s firm, including money and bills issues, and issues related to bankruptcy law and “no fault” divorce law). Also, other issues related to Federal & State agencies available for discussion.

4. BANKRUPTCY LAW:
Title 11 U.S. Code (Chapters 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13; also, adversary processes, appeals, and document/s preparation and arrangement; all chapters core issues and processes will be dealt with by highly skilled counsel/s and some super-lawyer/s firm).

8. U.S. DUE PROCESS AND EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAW:

10. U.S. DUE PROCESS AND EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAW:
Sixth Amendment of the Bill of Rights (Effective paper writing/document preparation and arrangement related to the right of “trial by an impartial jury”, right to effective, meaningful defense free of governmental interference and coercion, including the defense provided by Title 18, U.S. Code, Sec. 3143 court hearing as mandated by Congress, and of effective and vigorous appeal; all material issues and court processes, including appeals will be dealt with

Also, interventions with international character and type are available in certain grave cases requiring federal liaison action on extraordinaire petition.
